Services for Abuwi Talib Daaliya (Randolph McGill), 59, of Evanston, Ill., are at 2 p.m., Oct. 10, 2009, at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 515 Oak St., Thomasville. The Rev. Dennis McGill Jr. will officiate. A private interment will be held at a later date. Honorary pallbearers are members 1967-1968 class of Magnolia High School and band members. Mr. Daaliya died Sept. 28 at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. He was born in Thomasville and a member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. In August of 1970 in Chicago, Ill., married Meryl Hall. Mr. Daaliya was a water treatment chemist in Highland Park, Ill. Survivors include siblings, the Rev. Dennis M. McGill Jr. (Lula), the Rev. Alexander McGill (Bridgett) all of Thomasville, Dr. Lafils Ann McGill Rivers (Ronnie) of Savannah; sons, Randolph McGill Jr. (Odu) of Dallas, Texas, Adam McGill (Sharee) of Union City; daughter, Brett-Joyce McGill of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; former spouse, Meryl Hall McGill of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; aunts, Florance McGill of Coolidge, Mildred Barns Grady of Jefferson, Ohio, Elizabeth Worthy of Columbus, Louetta Williams of Coolidge, Annie E.
