“Thank you to the lady in a blue Ford Taurus who came to my rescue in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot on Monday. My car battery died and she allowed me to jump-off my car with hers. I was about an hour away from home and she was willing to help a stranger without hesitation. I probably would have been stranded without her help. God bless you and your family.”
“Why are they concerned about the roof at the Jail-Justice Center as it has leaked since day one. The original contractor should have been held responsible for repairing it. It is just typical government waste of taxpayer dollars. Say ‘moo’ cash cows.”
“As far as Brookwood school goes, why isn’t it a designated school zone?”
“It was good to see the editorial on addresses. As a volunteer firefighter and EMS responder, it’s very frustrating to not be able to find a house when someone desperately needs help. Please post your address in large numbers! You may never need it, but then again, you might!”
“To the person in the white vehicle that hit my red expedition and left, shame on you! How can people be so rude?”
“Daniel Gaultney’s letter to the editor on Wednesday was right on. If the Democrats get in, the poor will be poorer. The tax increase he speaks about is true. Change sounds good but not when it changes the tax cost to make the poor man pay more.”
“The police could make a fortune any where in Thomasville giving out speeding tickets.”
