Services for Sarah Williams of Cairo are at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, at Greater New Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Willie G. Smith, pastor, th eRev. Dellise Cox will officiate and interment is in Crestview Cemetery. Active pallbearers are members of the Ezekiel Lodge. Mrs. Williams died Oct. 7 at Grady General Hospital. Born in Grady County, she was a daughter of the late Armistus and Johnny Marshall. She was married to Ira Williams Sr. who preceded her in death. She attended Grady County Public Schools. Survivors include a son, Russell Williams (Barbara) of Albany; daughter, Virginia Hodges of Atlanta; sons, Ronald Williams (Lizzie), Edwin Williams (Teresa) all of Cairo, Ira Williams Jr. (Carolyn) of San Antonio, Texas; daughter, Marilyn Williams of Cairo; son, Tonnie Williams (VIckie) of Bradenton, Fla.; daughters, Ernestine Herring of Cairo, Anita Williams (Roger) of San Antonio, Texas; son, Kenneth Williams (Mary) of Cairo; daughter-in-law, Mary Agnes Williams of Cairo; sister, Georgia Lee Andrews of Miami, Fla.; brother, Johnny Marshall of Miami; 23 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. — Weston’s Funeral Home
