Kathleen Cain Miller

Services for Kathleen Cain Miller are at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2005, at Whigham Baptist Church, Whigham, with the Rev. Leon Vanlandingham and the Rev. Harold Burrell officiating. Active pallbearers are Dennis Miller, Lamar Miller, Emmett Brock, Jimmy Miller, Terry Prince and Lou Miller. Mrs. Miller died Friday, Aug. 19, 2005, at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville. Born in Whigham Feb. 27, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Kate Dees Cain. She married George W. Miller in 1937. Mr. Miller died June 30, 1959. Mrs. Miler was a lifetime resident of this area. A homemaker, she was a member of Whigham Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Gonzalo Garcia, Houston, Texas; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Becky Miller, Cairo, Bill Miller, Jacksonville, Fla., Steve and Judy Miller, Thomasville; sister, Pauline Parlette, Thomasville; grandchildren, Eric and Hannah Garcia, Houston, Texas, Mick Hall, Camden, Ark., Debra and Matt Hall, Chicago, Ill, Jessica and Philip Walker, Valdosta, Regina and Jeff Puckett, Panama City, Fla.; great-grandchildren, Colby, Bradon and Graham Garcis, Taylor and MacKenzie Hall, Kelsey Mae Walker, Zachery Strickland. Visitation is from 4:30 to 6 p.m. today at Clark Funeral Home. The family will meet at 238 Lakewood Circle. — Clark Funeral Home
