Wise men still seek Him

Christians are ordinary sinners who are wise enough to still seek the Lord Jesus Christ. They are wise enough to let Him pay for their sins. Either Christ pays or the individual pays, because God is a God of justice, and every sin must be paid for. If the individual rejects Christ, he must pay for his own sins, and the price is huge indeed. It is eternity in a place of torment. And eternity is a very long time — so long it never diminishes.
Atheism is rampant in our society today. Satan has blinded most people into not believing, or at least doubting, the very existence of God, heaven and hell. The devil’s favorite trick is to persuade people that even he does not exist. But Satan does exist. God exists. Heaven and hell exist.

Sin is a fact of life. Even genuine Christians sin every day, though it might be seemingly as innocent as a proud thought. It is still sin in Holy God’s eyes. God cannot even look on sin or the unredeemed sinner. But when He sees a Christian, though he is still a sinner, God only sees the righteousness of His Son Jesus Christ. Genuine Christians have the hope of heaven and the joy of salvation in their hearts. They have taken care of the most important thing of all: their immortal souls, which will never die but live in either heaven or hell forever.
So I urge you to do the single most important thing you can ever possibly do on this earth. And that is to trust your soul to Christ the Savior. Then you will really never have anything of great importance to ever worry about again in this life. But be warned, your last breath ends all chance of ever seeing God or heaven. Once you die physically, it is all over for your poor soul. So be wise. Wise men still seek Him, the Savior.
