Services for Wanda Louise Strickland Gooding of Whigham are at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at First Freewill Baptist Church of Seffner, Fla. Interment is in Hopewell Cemetery in Plant City, Fla. She died Nov. 16 at Grady General Hospital in Cairo. Born Jan. 17, 1951 in Troy, Ala. She was the daughter of of the late Johnny W. Strickland and Betty Bryant Mountan. Survivors include her husband, Larry Gooding; two daughters, Tonya (Paul) Roundtree of Plant City, Fla., Stephanie Bilotti (Al) of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; a brother, Robert (Priscilla) Strickland, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Erin Roundtree and Paul John Roundtree.
