THOMASVILLE — Thomas County Central High School’s Band Night was rained out last week.

The new date is 6 p.m. Thursday at Jackets’ Stadium.

“The forecast looks promising,” said Joe Regina, band director.

Because of COVID-19 restrictions and a lack of football games, the band has not been able to perform at games.

On Thursday, the band will perform a pregame show, stand music and drum cadences, followed by the premiere of “Dance to the Music” halftime show.

Seating will be socially-distanced. Spectators will be required to wear a mask.

There is no charge for admission, but donations will be accepted to help recuperate lost concession revenue, Regina said.
