High school all-star soccer game set for Thursday

The 229 All-Star Soccer Game, featuring several local high school players, will be held May 12 at Thomasville High School’s Veterans Stadium.

TASA FC, in conjunction with the Tallahassee Soccer Club, is staging the event.

On the girls rosters will be from Brookwood — Hendley Bryan, Hutton Daniel, Kate Von Hellens, Bosie Miles, Kate Redrupp and Emily Tuten. From Cairo are Kelia Barrios, Macy Ellis, Lauren Jones and Josie Noriega. From Thomas County Central are Cierra Anderson, Nayeli Badillo, Riley Fisher, Bailey Maroney, Jordyn Tillman and Oliva McIntyre. From Thomasville High are Ella Kate Carrol, Payton Harrell, Madison Leach, Katelyn Sellers, Sydney Sullivan and Morgan Waldrop.

Coaches are Eddie Foy, Brian Hill, Will Phillips, Kelli Fitzgerald, Brett Phillips and Tony Voyles.

On the boys roster are Griffin King, Evan McGhin, Will Porter, Julian Redrupp, Spencer Richardson and Cutter Waldrop from Brookwood; Grayson Blair, Ethan Daughtry, Jeison Diaz, Thomas Herrera, Santiago Lopez and Ismael Ponce from Cairo; Tyler Brinson, Brandon Jackson, Daniel Martinez, Trace Morales, Josue Perez and Cameron Wilbourn from Thomas County Central; and Andrew Geyer, Jake Von Hellens, Morgan Hiers, Mathew Lewis, Henry McDonald, Cole Sullivan and Keller Turner from Thomasville High.

Boys coaches are Foy, Voyles, Danny Cruz, Fredrick Hermann, Jimbo Jarvis and Robbie Peterson.
