David Werner Waldron

A celebration of life service for David Werner Waldron, 31, of Tallahassee, Fla., is 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014 at First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. The Rev. Ronnie Wills will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Michael Caoile, Tyler Stephens, Clay Browning, Thomas Lloyd, Rick Van Hook, Ben Brown, Rhett Rowe, Sean Stewart, Matt Genter and John Chambers. David passed away November 9, 2014 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born April 4, 1983 in Boone, N.C., he was the son of Werner and Kristi Frey Waldron of Thomasville, who survives. On March 15, 2014 at Bradley’s Pond in Tallahassee, he married April Palmer Waldron, who survives. David was a 2001 graduate of Thomas County Central High School, graduate of Valdosta State University where he was member of the Delta Rho Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order and a graduate of Florida State University with a masters in geology. He worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a Geologist. Other survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Emily and Clay Browning of Valdosta; nephews, Gavin and Wyatt Browning and Harris Palmer; mother-in-law, Diane Palmer of Thomasville; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ashley and Megan Palmer of Thomasville; aunts and uncles, Susie and Coley Tooke of Clearwater, Fla., Judy and Jose Alvarez of DeLand, Fla., Elizabeth Robinson of Clearwater, Fla., Herb and Brenda Waldron of Cape Coral, Fla.; and several cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Red Hills Community Church Missions Fund, 7664 Metcalf Rd., Thomasville, Ga. 31792 or the First United Methodist Church Missions Fund, P.O.
