Grandson of Tifton residents recognized as outstanding senior at University of California

DAVIS, Calif. — Peter J. Nasielski graduated from the University of California, Davis in June with a Bachelor of Arts in design and a Bachelor of Science in sustainable environmental design.

He earned a 4.0 average. He was named outstanding senior and acknowledged for designing and creating the mace for the ceremony.

He is the son of John and Donna Groff Nasielski of San Diego, the grandson of David and Susan Groff and the nephew of Ryan and Denise Groff Gravitt of Tifton, Georgia.

Peter J. Nasielski plans to spend time post-grad traveling and working abroad.
