Bulldogs down Berrien

NASHVILLE — Gabe Duncan gave up one unearned run over five innings, and the Thomasville Bulldogs downed Berrien 4-1 Tuesday in a Region 1-AA baseball game.

Duncan struck out five and walked two while allowing six hits. Ben Rawlings fanned three in two innings of perfect relief. 

Witt Wetherington was 2-for-4, as Berrien held the Bulldogs to five hits, all singles. 

The Bulldogs will travel to Fitzgerald on Friday for a doubleheader beginning at 4:30 p.m.
