The Thomas County Central Lady Jackets JV track team placed first overall at the Hiram Johnson Invitational at Lowndes High School. 

TCCHS finished first with a total of 148 points, Ware County was second with 147 points, Lowndes finished third with 144 points, Valdosta finished fourth with 106 points and Coffee County finished fifth with 50 points. 

In 14 of the 15 events that the Lady Jackets competed in, they had a competitor to finish in the top three in each of those events. Every member competed hard, and it came down to the last event (4×400 meter relay) of the night to take home first place.
