THOMASVILLE- Thomasville Humane is thrilled to announce the return of its signature event, Tails & Trails, taking place this Sunday, March 30, 2025, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the stunning Pebble Hill Plantation.

Now in its third year, Tails & Trails is a family-friendly celebration of the incredible relationship between humans and dogs. This one-of-a-kind event brings together working and sport dog demonstrations, local art, live music, pet-themed vendors, and of course—plenty of wagging tails—all in support of the lifesaving work of Thomasville Humane.

“For centuries, our four-legged best friends have been by our side in sport, work, service, and companionship.” said Sydney Pfaff, Engagement Director of Thomasville Humane. “This special bond is what drives the work we do at Thomasville Humane, and this event is all about celebrating our beloved canines and the countless ways they enrich our lives.”

Event Highlights Include:

• Live working dog demonstrations from local experts, including bite work, scent detection, agility, advanced obedience, draft work, and more

• Live music from local favorite Kenny Hill Band

• Featured local artists, including renowned wildlife artist Ron Thomson

• Pet-themed vendors, dog treats, handmade gear, and family activities

• Picnic-friendly grounds – Guests are welcome to bring a cooler or enjoy food on site

• Dog-friendly event – Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome

Set among the picturesque grounds of Pebble Hill Plantation, Tails & Trails offers an unforgettable experience for families, pet lovers, and community members alike.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in advance at thomasvillehumane.org or at the door. Children under 10 receive free admission with an accompanying adult.
