Bulldogs blank Pelham

PELHAM — The Thomasville Bulldogs scored six times in the top of the sixth inning, and pulled away from Pelham for an 8-0 win Monday.
Ben Rawlings struck out nine and gave up five hits, all singles, in five innings. Jadon Lirette and Jack Gibbs each posted a shutout inning in relief.
Jacob Jordan went 3-for-4 with a double, while Witt Wetherington and Carson Fryman each went 2-for-4. Lirette added a double.
Thomasville improved to 4-1 with the win.
