Imagine Thomasville announced the return of two former employees to continue serving members at the Welcome Center for Business. The announcement followed shortly after the announcement of Ansley Lacy, Director of Membership and Marketing returning to her hometown of Cairo, GA to take on the role as the Director of the City of Cairo’s Main Street and Marketing efforts. The Chamber is excited to share that they have hired two former employees, Suzannah Heald to take on Operations and Kolbey Bracewell, to focus on membership and programs.

Suzannah Heald is a fiery red head, nurturer at heart and a hard-working soul who is committed to adding value and reaching goals. She is a jack of all trades and master at many things organizational. Suzannah was born and raised in Thomas County where she attended Thomas County Central High School. In December 2018 she graduated from Southern Regional Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management with a specialization in Small Business. Since graduation Heald has been fine tuning her newfound passion for Bookkeeping, Accounting and all things operation related.

Members may remember her in her role as the Director of Operations and Member Services for the Chamber before her brief 2 year absence. Heald is pleased to return to the Chamber and continue building her passion for helping small businesses within our community.

When not working, Heald can be found with her precious family of three at a local baseball field watching her son play the greatest game of all time. Some of Heald’s favorite hobbies are horseback riding, photography and being creative with new projects.

Kolbey Bracewell comes to Thomasville from the heart of Illinois where she grew to love small towns and businesses. Mother to 3 daughters and wife to a local handy-man, Bracewell resides in Thomas County and regularly indulges on macarons, steak and local cheese.

After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication (marketing), Bracewell has worked in many different facets including insurance, fitness, healthcare and food service, but her heart is at the Chamber. She began her career at the Thomasville Thomas County Chamber of Commerce as the First Impressions Coordinator and is excited to be in the Membership and Programs role. Bracewell  is most excited about introducing job seekers and students to local businesses in the workforce initiative Project Purpose.

When not working, you can find Bracewell running a local race, chasing her youngest daughter around the park, and drinking lots and lots of coffee.

Imagine Thomasville asks members and community partners to stop into the Chamber to meet and congratulate the team. To learn more about upcoming Chamber events, please visit imaginethomasville.com or call 229-226-9600.
