Cross Creek Elementary Assistant Principal Michael Rigdon shows off some of the prizes students can win for top sales of Cross Creek Cards at kick-off sales assembly.

Thomas County Schools’ annual Cross Creek Card sale has officially begun. Community discount cards are $5 and can be purchased from any Cross Creek student or directly from the school. Card sales end Friday, September 9. Each student received a sales packet with detailed information for parents. At $5 per card, the card pays for itself in just a few uses in the Thomasville/Thomas County area.

At the kick-off assembly students learned about sales-level prizes and great top prizes that can be earned. The top prize this year is a Nintendo Switch OLED Model.

For over 25 years, proceeds from the card sale have benefitted students and staff members. Playground equipment, field trips, guest performances/speakers, rewards, and prizes are just a few “extras” that students and staff have enjoyed. Cross Creek Elementary thanks parents, students, and the participating community businesses for the hard work that goes into making the card sale a success.
