THOMASVILLE — The Thomasville boys finished their season sweep of their Thomas County Central counterparts, beating them 62-34 Tuesday night at the TCCHS gym.

The Lady Yellow Jackets held on for a 38-26 win in the girls game and earning a split in the season series. 

With the win, the Thomas County Central girls improved to 6-2 on the season. Thomasville’s girls slipped to 4-3.

Thomasville’s boys improved to 5-2 with their win.

Thomas County Central’s girls will play Wayne County on Tuesday and Hawkinsville on Wednesday in a tournament. The Jackets boys are off until December 27, when they open a holiday tournament against Colquitt County. 

Thomasville is taking part in the Brooks County Christmas Tournament on Saturday.
