THOMASVILLE — The COVID-19 vaccine will be available Wednesday to veterans of any age in Thomasville.

The Tallahassee Veterans Administration clinic will set up a mobile unit to administer the shots on Wednesday, March 17, said Linda I. Walden, M.D., primary care provider with the Valdosta Veterans Administration clinic.  

The Thomasville location for receiving the vaccine is at the Thomas University gymnasium, 1550 Magnolia St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“This is a one-day event by appointment only,” Walden said.
