THOMASVILLE — Hundreds of parents and children filled the Thomas County Central High School gym Saturday for the 13th annual Back to School Blitz.

The event, put on by Family Connection, allowed parents and students to receive school supplies and information as schools and representatives from both Thomasville City and Thomas County schools were on hand. Cheerleaders greeted the kids and parents and members of the Rose Court greeted the hundreds of parents and children as they made their way out.  

Other agencies also handed out information, supplies and answered questions.
