The reunion of the 1974 Thomasville High School Bulldogs state and national football champions and the 1973 state champions, including coaches, players, managers, cheerleaders and Julia Hickson, will be held Friday, October 11, starting at 5 p.m.

Reunion participants are asked to meet starting at 5 p.m. at MacIntyre Park Middle School’s cafeteria on Washington Street. The dress for the occasion is casual and attendees can bring a spouse, children, soul mate, family member, etc., and are asked to bring memorabilia for others to look at from those seasons. 

There will be refreshments and game film will be shown.

Complimentary admission will be provided for that night’s Thomasville-Brooks County game for players, coaches and cheerleaders from the 1973 and 1974 teams. 

With 4 minutes remaining in the first half, team members will proceed to the end zone with the scoreboard and will go to the 50-yard line on the field at halftime.

Reunion organizers would like to make a donation to THS athletics in honor of those two teams.
