TIFTON — Springhill Suites by Marriott, located at 401 Boo Drive, held a ribbon cutting on June 6.

The hotel, which features 104 suites on four floors, is geared towards both business and leisure travelers, according to manager John McKinnon.

He said that all of the rooms are suites and feature furniture from West Elm.

McKinnon said that the hotel will also feature art by local artists, as well as a large lobby with a bar, a fitness room, meeting room and pool.

The hotel was also the location of a Sunset Tifton event, a Chamber of Commerce event that allows local business owners to mingle and network.
