Wiggins retires from Griffin Ford Lincoln after 31 years of service

TIFTON — Myra Wiggins retires with Griffin Ford Lincoln after 31 years of service, loyalty and dedication. With her service at Griffin Ford Lincoln and an additional 18 years with Brown Ford, Wiggins has been in the automobile industry for more than 50 years.
Prior to her work with the Ford dealerships, Wiggins served dealers and dealerships in the area with Universal CIT, financing automobiles for customers and dealers.
It was then that Wiggins and Dan Griffin Sr. first met, as he was one of her dealers that she helped finance when he bought the Dodge Dealership in the late 1960s..
Twenty years later, she would take the helm as office manager and comptroller of Griffin Ford Lincoln Mercury. Wiggin’s work career has spanned almost 60 years, retiring at age 82.
Well into her 60s and 70s, Wiggins was traveling to Jacksonville, Fl, St. Marys and Thomasville to manage the offices of Griffin Automotive Group.
During her tenure with Ford Motor Company she received a perfect score of 10 each month for the last 49 years.
