ATLANTA, GA — More than 5,000 students were named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at Georgia State University in Atlanta.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.5 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.

Students named to the dean’s list from the area include:

Shanika Wright of Thomasville
