Eric Allen Kramer

Eric Allen Kramer, Ochlocknee, died suddenly at Archbold Medical Center on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. He was born Aug. 24, 1965, at Highland Park, Mich. He was preceded in death by his precious daughter, Xena Ashley Kramer; his father, David E. Kramer; and maternal and paternal grandparents. Eric is survived by his mother, Kay Kramer; sister, Whitney Hopkins and her husband, Robbie; his brother, Darrell Kramer and wife, Toyua; two halfbrothers, Jared and Brett Kramer. Surviving nephews are Zachary Kramer and Aaron Hopkins. Eric made many lasting friendships during his lifetime. His passion was fishing and astronomy. There wasn’t a star or constellation that he couldn’t name or a fish he couldn’t catch. His passing will leave a hole in the hearts of many, especially his family. The family will receive friends at Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home on Friday, March 13, 2015, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., immediately followed by a memorial service. The Rev. Bob Smith will officiate.
