THOMASVILLE- Imagine Thomasville and the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce are excited to announce the new location of Godwin Jewelers at 202 S. Broad Street in Thomasville. Their new space is from the newly renovated building by Southlife Owners, Heather and Kelly Abbott. The two have been remodeling the space after purchasing the Jimmy’s Sewing Machine and Vacuum company, which had occupied the space for many years.
In addition to getting cozy in their new corner building, Godwin Jewelers is celebrating seven years of providing exceptional jewelry services in Thomasville, with a legacy that spans 64 years of business in Bainbridge, Georgia.
Founded by Ronnie and Rachel Godwin, Godwin Jewelers offers a wide range of fine jewelry, watches, expert jewelry repairs, and custom design services. The business is committed to offering high-quality products and personalized services, ensuring customers find the perfect piece for any occasion.
“Downtown Thomasville is unlike any other place, and we are thrilled to have our business here,” said Ronnie Godwin, owner of Godwin Jewelers. “We love the vibrant atmosphere and strong sense of community in Thomasville, and we look forward to continuing to serve our loyal customers while welcoming new ones.”
Godwin Jewelers has built a solid reputation in Bainbridge over the years and is eager to expand its reach in the Thomasville area. Customers can expect not only an impressive selection of fine jewelry and watches but also services such as expert repairs and one-of-a-kind custom designs tailored to meet their needs.
In addition to their new location in Thomasville, the Godwin family continues to run their flagship store at 400 E. Shotwell Street in Bainbridge. The Thomasville store provides an exciting opportunity to connect with local residents and further integrate into the Thomasville business community.
“We are also excited to rejoin the Chamber of Commerce,” Ronnie added. “We see immense potential to network, build relationships, and take advantage of the marketing opportunities the Chamber offers.”
