THOMASVILLE- Imagine Thomasville and the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce celebrated Salon Suites on Broad with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday of this week.

Founded by local entrepreneurs Natasha Jones and Lauren Gouldbourn, Salon Suites on Broad is located on the 4th floor of The Business Exchange at 125 N Broad St, Suite 404-416. Since opening its doors on August 1, 2022, the business has quickly become a community favorite, offering private, fully equipped salon suites for beauty professionals. Currently, seven beauty specialists are providing a wide range of services, including haircuts, coloring, extensions, and more.

“We are excited to offer beauty professionals the opportunity to thrive in their own private space while serving the diverse, multicultural community of Thomasville and surrounding areas, including Tallahassee,” said Jones, who is a co-owner. “Salon Suites on Broad is not just a place for beauty services; it’s a safe, no-judgment zone where stylists can express their creativity and provide exceptional services to their clients.”

The business is in the heart of Thomasville, a city known for its charming downtown and thriving local businesses. The founders recognized a gap in the market for salon suites in the area and saw an opportunity to create a unique environment where beauty professionals could build their own business while offering high-quality, personalized services.

Salon Suites on Broad aims to create a welcoming, inclusive space for all clients, regardless of background, and continues to grow as a cornerstone of the local beauty industry. With seven experienced professionals renting suites within the facility, clients can expect a range of services from hair coloring and styling to extensions and treatments, all in a comfortable and private setting.

Salon Suites on Broad is proud to join the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce, and looks forward to building relationships within the local business community.

“We wanted to give our business more exposure and connect with other local entrepreneurs,” said Gouldbourn, who is also a co-owner. “Being part of the Chamber provides valuable networking opportunities, and we are excited to contribute to the growth and success of Thomasville.”
