THOMASVILLE – After an impressive season that saw them finish 20-16, several Thomas County Central baseball players have received All-Region honors. This group of Yellow Jackets had a phenomenal season that led to an improbable playoff run. Central squeaked into the playoffs as a four seed. They played all of their series away from Thomasville and marched defiantly to the elite eight, wiping out Evans and St. Pius along the way. TCC would fall in the elite eight to Etowah.

The players who made first team All-Region were Griffin Taylor, Eli Taylor, Reid Harvey and Brayden Payne. Taking spots on the second team All-Region were Lawson Odom, Will Carson, Zach Williams and Lee McCorkle.
