Thomasville won its fourth straight area volleyball championship and will take a No. 1 seed into the Class AA/A public state tournament next week.

The Lady Dogs defeated Stewart County, Cook, and Early County to claim the area championship.

Thomasville will host Dublin, the No. 4 seed from Area 3.
