The suspect, 53, was seen on surveillance video going down aisles behind unknown female shoppers and placing his phone under their clothing to take a picture.

During the investigation, the suspect admitted to taking an “up skirt” photo of an unknown female, police said in a report.

Kenneth Miller is now at Thomas County Jail facing a possible sex offense charge.

Toby Knifer, Thomasville Police Department Criminal Investigations Division commander, confirmed the Miller is from out of state and may have photos of other victims.

“Right now, we’re interviewing him and determining how many victims he may have had out there, whether they’re from Thomasville or spanning up to Kentucky,” he said. “We suspect there’s going to be more.”

Knifer advises the community to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity that should be reported to police.

“Just be aware of your surroundings. If you witness some inappropriate behavior, notify and call police,” he said.
