The Georgia Department of Public Health reports there have been 620 COVID-19 positive tests in Thomas County, with 33 deaths. There also have been 92 people to be hospitalized because of the novel coronavirus.

Statewide, there have been more than 127,000 confirmed positive tests for COVID-19, leading to 3,091 deaths in Georgia and 14,102 people being hospitalized.

The state has administered more than 1.1 million tests.
