The Georgia Department of Public Health reports there have been 408 COVID-19 positive tests in Thomas County, with 32 deaths. There also have been 70 people to be hospitalized because of the novel coronavirus.

Statewide, there have been more than 72,900 confirmed positive tests for COVID-19. leading to 2,770 deaths in Georgia and 10,605 people being hospitalized.

The state has administered nearly 920,000 tests.
