THOMASVILLE — The Georgia Department of Public Health reports there have been 312 COVID-19 positive tests in Thomas County, with 31 deaths. There also have been 62 people to be hospitalized because of the novel coronavirus.

Statewide, there have been 44,344 confirmed positive tests for COVID-19. leading to 1,830 deaths in Georgia and 7,475 people being hospitalized.

The state has administered more than 513,000 tests.
