The survey of the 58-unit senior living and memory care community cited no violations of the state’s Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes, representing the highest possible rating.

The state inspection, which occurred on April 30, rated several facets of Legacy Village at Plantation Manor’s operations, including skill of care giving staff members, caliber of security, standard of food service, condition of premises and overall happiness of residents.

“The devoted staff of Legacy Village at Plantation Manor works hard to create a safe and loving home for our residents. We are proud of the commitment they show to the seniors who depend on them and to the families who entrust them to us,” said Bryan Cook, president of Legacy Senior Living, which manages Legacy Village at Plantation Manor.
