Bulldogs blank Seminole County in one-hitter

THOMASVILLE — Three Thomasville pitches combined to hold Seminole County to one hit over five innings, and the Bulldogs bats broke out for a 13-0 non-regon baseball win Wednesday night.

Hurston Waldrep struck out nine and walked one, allowing just a single to Hunter Hodges, in 3 1/3 innings. Jacob Bradshaw threw two scoreless innings and Harrison Vance gave up a walk over 2/3 of an inning o complete the shutout.

Maylon Cochran was 2-for-3 with a double and four RBIs to lead the Bulldogs. Harrison Stewart was 1-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. 

Bradshaw and Dalton Dollar each went 2-for-3, and Jimmy Cipriani, Seth Kipper and Jess Eason each drove in a run for Thomasville. The Bulldogs also drew four walks and had two batters hit by pitches.

Thomasville (3-3) travels to Brookwood on Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. game
