TIFTON — The Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village held its annual Trick or Treat in the Village on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Children and adults who attended were able to trick or treat their way around the village, stopping at each location to get treats, check off the spot on their punch card and learn a little something while they were at it.

Those who stopped in at the print shop learned about how the printing press worked before getting candy.

Other stops included the Clark Cabin, Simon’s Cabin, the Gibbs House, the Tift House, the Variety Works, the Doctor’s House and the Feed and Seed.

Lawn games were set up in the open area in front of the drug store, and a trained chicken show held showtimes near the Tift House.

A new addition this year was Touch-A-Truck. Fire trucks, patrol cars, cranes, heavy equipment, tractors and a helicopter were on site for attendees to look at, sit in and ask questions about.
