Early voting across the state has the November mid-term election on track for a higher voter turnout than usual.
But that doesn’t mean your vote doesn’t count.

However you vote, you still need to vote.
In Georgia, it is certain that a hotly contested, highly charged, strongly partisan gubernatorial race is driving the surge at the polls.
Nearly 6,000 Tift County voters have voted, roughly a quarter of the estimated 23,500 registered voters for the county.
With only a few days left to go in early voting, people are still coming out in higher numbers than usual for a midterm election.
Early voting continues this week through Nov. 2.
The board office is open for early voting 8 a.m. — 5 p.m., The office is located at 222 Chestnut Avenue, Building B.
