TIFTON — The inert landfill will have new hours beginning Oct. 6.

The hours of operation are changing for Saturdays only, according to Public Relations Manager Morgan Atwater. The new hours for Saturdays will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Monday through Friday hours of operation will stay the same, from 8 a.m. until noon and 1-5 p.m.

The inert landfill, which is for wood waste, concrete and bricks, is located at 601 Armour Street. The phone number is (229) 387-0559.
