“This is the last invoice you will get,” County Clerk Carrie Croy said to commissioners.

According to meeting correspondence, the commission exceeded the original contract with RCLCO by $3,912.85.

The original contract was for $39,000.

“The $39,000 was for the actual market study,” Croy said.

To date, the commission has paid $42,912.85 to RCLCO. Discussion noted the additional amount was for an expense portion listed in the contract with the Florida real estate firm.

The commission approved its contact with RCLCO in September. The market study was completed in November.

At a January joint meeting, the Grady County Board of Commissioners and the Tired Creek Lake Authority went over the market study with RCLCO.

The market study detailed four different potential land-use types at Tired Creek Lake.
