The robbery occurred at about 9:30 p.m. at CVS Pharmacy, 1022 S. Main St.
“A young, slender Hispanic male entered the store, pulled a knife out, demanded money from the register and Google (Play) and iTunes cards,” said Sgt. Justin Lindsay of the Moultrie Police Department. “An undetermined amount of cash and the cards were taken.”
After stealing the loot the suspect left the store and walked away from the scene, Lindsay said.
Police have recovered the clothing worn during the robbery and some of the Google Play cards that were stolen, he said, and the clothing is linked to Granados through store video.
“Video surveillance at the store captured everything that took place,” Lindsay said.
Nobody was injured during the hold-up.
