Thomas County Central High School students engaged in a hands-on learning experience during their English classes this week. Participating students worked in groups to write instructions on how to build an object from a given picture. Once the instructions were ready, the classes participated in a JacketSpace to build an object with only the student-written instructions. The exercise helped students learn how important details are when writing instructions.
