THOMASVILLE — Thomas County Stadium is in the middle of a significant renovation, and it includes a long-standing feature overlooking Jackson Street.

The current Thomas County Central booster club sponsor sign has stood for decades, but will be completely rebuilt for the 2017 season.

For years, the structure has used hand-painted signs that were bolted on to it. Beginning this year, the frame of it will be rebuilt, instead utilizing vinyl panels for the signs that slide on.

Sponsors must have their memberships in by July 30 to be on the board. They can be sent to P.O. Box 789, Thomasville Ga., 31799.
