PAVO — Pavo native Austin Bryant, defensive end for the 2016 national champion Clemson Tigers, will be the grand marshal at the Saturday Peacock Day Parade in his hometown.

The event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pavo Peacock Center, 2063 W. McDonald St., will provide live entertainment by Tanner’s Lane Band, pony rides, petting zoo, game booths, inflatables, jewelry, arts and crafts, a variety of food, dancing and contests.

Quilts will be exhibited by the Pavo Quilters. A drawing for this year’s quilt is at 3 p.m. Tickets are $1.

Random door prizes will take place throughout the day.
