On Jan. 9, Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce officials presented Vital Signs with the January 2017 Business of the Month award.

Vital Signs has been a family-owned and operated business in Thomasville since 1992.

“I believe the success of our business is service that goes above and beyond what is required,” said owner Debi Lovelady. “It never ceases to amaze me the excitement we get from our customers when they see the quality of our work. I tell everyone that ‘our name is on their signs too!’ Our customers have been our best form of advertising for almost 25 years.”

With the Business of the Month award, Vital Signs will receive a banner to put on display for January. In addition to the banner, they will receive a digital billboard announcing them as Business of the Month with social media posts and promotion through various media outlets. Each month, the chamber recognizes a business with this honor. Chamber officials hope for this program is to recognize its members and help promote positive business in the community.

“We are so grateful to the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce for all they do to help the businesses in this community. When we moved our business here in 2005, we had already established a relationship with them to ensure our business growth. Also, since we meet a lot of people starting new businesses, we love to tell them how important being a Chamber member really is and how it has helped us over the years, encouraging them to join now as a new business,” Lovelady said.
