Harrison joins Southwest Georgia Farm Credit board

BAINBRIDGE — George Thomas (Tom) Harrison has joined the board of directors of Southwest Georgia Farm Credit.

Harrison, a certified public accountant and certified financial planner, fills the seat previously occupied by Robert Moss, who served the association in that capacity for 23 years.

“Tom has the experience and network to serve the area’s farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities on the Southwest Georgia Farm Credit Board,” said Chairman Kim Rentz. “We’re confident the association, and its members, will benefit from Tom’s involvement.”

Harrison holds degrees from Florida State University in accounting and finance.
