Legacy Senior Services LLC, a senior living management organization based in Cleveland, Tenn., that specializes in operating independent living, senior living and memory care communities throughout the southern states, has assumed management of Legacy Village at Plantation Manor, formerly Plantation Manor.

The newly named Legacy Village at Plantation Manor, located at 220 Park Ave., offers 58 apartments dedicated to senior living, including 24 Alzheimer’s memory care units. Legacy Village at Plantation Manor joins a growing network of eight other senior living communities owned or operated by Legacy Senior Services.
