Thomas County public works crews are putting sales tax dollars to work during the resurfacing of a stretch of Pinetree Boulevard this week. The project, which includes 1.28 miles of road between Old Monticello Road and Smith Avenue, will cost $150,000. The section of Pinetree being resurfaced is 22 feet wide. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
