 Services for James Mathew of Lumber City will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21 at the Telfair County High School Gym in McRae.  The interment will be at Telfair Memorial Gardens in McRae.  Rev. Eddis Kirkland, Tommy Joines, Tim Deep and Shirley Ikedionwu will officiate.  Mr. Mathew, age 55, died Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Coliseum Medical Center in Macon.  He was a member of Fishing Creek Baptist Church and worked with the Telfair County Board of Education for many years. Survivors include his wife, Jo Mathew; son, Ian Mathew; parents, Ralph and Beatrice Mathew all of Lumber City; sister, Mary (Doug) McNeal of Hazlehurst; nephews and nieces, Matthew (Chasity) McNeal of Baxley, Daniel McNeal of Statesboro, Melanie McNeal of Hazlehurst, John (Randi) Such of Thomasville, Donald Such of Thomasville and Brook Ring of Dixie; and many friends.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20 at the funeral home.  Flowers will be accepted or you may send a donation to: Mathew Family Fund % Security State Bank, P.O.
