Miscellaneous

The annual spay and neuter program offered by the Thomasville-Thomas County Humane Society is held in conjunction with National Spay/Neuter Awareness month. During the month of February and into March participating local veterinarians offer low-cost spay/neuter services exclusively through this program. The cost is $50 for cats and $70 for dogs. Appointments can only be made in-person at the humane society beginning now. Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required to secure an appointment. Applications for scholarships offered by Women’s Forum are available at Thomasville High School, Thomas County Central High School, Brookwood School, Christian Homeschool Association of Regional Thomasville and Bishop Hall.
