Services for Rosetta Jordan Baker, 63, of Thomasville, are at 4 p.m., July 24, 2010, at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member. The Rev. Norman Clary will officiate and interment is in Peaceful Rest Cemetery. Pallbearers are family and friends. Mrs. Baker died July 20 at Archbold Hospital. Born May 4, 1947, in Coolidge, she was a daughter of the late Amos and Essie Jordan. She was married to Paul Baker who preceded her in death on May 19, 2009. She attended Coolidge Elementary and was a cook at O’Neal’s Country Buffet for 15 years. Survivors include a devoted niece, Katava (Leo) Virgil of Thomasville; sisters, Mary Francis (Cecil) Wilson of Thomasville, Tereatha Jordan of St. Petersburg, Fla.; brothers, John Jordan, Bennie (Gloria) Jordan all of Thomasville, Nathaniel Jordan of Tampa, Fla.; sister-in-law, Corine Jordan of Thomasville; nieces, Mary (Jerome) Green, Sheila Jordan, Kayla Jordan, Erica Hudson all of Thomasville, Beatrice Jordan Sampson of Snellville, Sherie (George) Calloway of Savannah, Priscilla (Joe) Sapp, Katrina Jordan all of Thomasville; special nephews, Andre Jordan of Parris Island, S.C., Quinton Reese of Thomasville; nephews, Sean Michael Jordan of Thomasville, Leon Williams of Miami, Fla., Christopher Jordan and Tracey Jordan both of Tampa, Fla; and nieces, Janet Bartley, Charlene Mitchell and Lynette Manselle all of West Palm Beach, Fla. — Hatcher-Peoples Funeral Home
