Services for Robert Lester Graham, 58, Thomasville, are at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2001, at George Chapel CME Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Clement Choice will officiate, and interment is in St. Paul Church Cemetery. Mr. Graham died Monday, July 9, at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville. Born Oct. 31, 1942, in Brooks County, Ga., he was a son of the late Lester Graham and Pauline Bryant Graham. He was married to Minnie Mosley of Thomasville and lived most of his adult life in Thomas County. Survivors include his wife, Minnie M. Graham of Thomasville; daughter, Jacqueline J. Mitchell of Birmingham, Ala.; daughter and husband, Jennifer Jackson (Charles) of Fayetteville, N.C.; daughter, Iris Anderson of Olympic, Wash.; sons and wives, Elvis Carr (Cornelia) of Bainbridge, Anthony Thurman (Wycender) of Thomasville; sister and husband, Leala Mae Sharpe (John D.) of Thomasville; sisters, Minnie Bean of Thomasville, Rudine Shaw of Boston; sisters-in-law, Mary Young (Johnny) of Thomasville, Estella Colston (Ernest) of Macon, Annie Ruth Washington (James) of Orlando, Fla., Mary Jane Graham of Boston; brothers-in-law, Johnny Thomas (Shirley) of Rochester, N.Y., Melvin Mosley, Musa Mohammad, Eddie Mosley (Dorothy), Leroy Mosley (Rhunette), all of Thomasville, James Mosley (Sharon) of El Paso, Texas; aunts, Margaret Carr of Boston, Bernice Scott of Boston; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; sons-in-law, Daniel Mitchell of Birmingham, Anthony Anderson of Seattle, Wash.; special nieces and nephews, Cynthia Graham, Tasha Sharpe and Patrick Sharpe; and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives. James D. Springle
Services for James D. Springle, 80, Thomasville are at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2001, at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Harvey Virgil will officiate, and interment is in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Springle died Sunday, July 8, at Brynwood Center of Monticello, Fla. Born Jan. 18, 1921, in Thomas County, Ga., he was a son of the late Ed Springle and Hurley Jackson Springle. He was married to Sarah M. McIntyre, who also preceded him in death. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of American Legion Post 519 of Thomasville. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Herman Springle (Mary), Seneca Springle (Janie), Marvin Springle Sr. (Melvia), all of Thomasville; a son, Raymond Springle of Thomasville; sons and daughters-in-law, Hiram Springle (Mary) of Greenville, S.C., Wilfred Springle (Deborah) of Atlanta; daughters, Fannie Springle, Barbara Springle, both of Bronx, N.Y.; daughter and son-in-law, Doretha Anderson (Elijah) of Cairo; daughter, Theadore Springle of Warner Robins; daughter and son-in-law, Cassundra S. Services for Ella Maxwell McNair, 90, Calvary, Georgia, are at 11 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2001, at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Calvary, with the Rev Billy Kimbrell officiating. Internment will be at Piedmont Cemetery in Calvary. Active pallbearers include Steve McNaughton, Robert McNaughton, Bob Maxwell, Lewis Oliver, Bob Jones, and Mark Bishop. Mrs. McNair died Wednesday, July 11, 2001, in Calvary. Born July 3, 1911, in Grady County, she was the daughter of the late Howard Grover and Maggie Ellie Trulock Maxwell. She married Joe McN
air, who passed away Feb. 7, 1983, on Jan. 3, 1932. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Mrs. McNair lived in Grady County since birth and was a bookkeeper for the Joe McNair Corporation. Survivors include daughters, Jo Ann Butler and Frances McNaughton of Calvary, and Ellen Moo of Tallahassee, Fla.; sister, Joyce Hinson of Marianna, Fla.; grandchildren, Diane Jones and Lisa Oliver of Cairo, Karen Bishop of Calvary, Robert McNaughton of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., Steve McNaughton of Virginia Beach, Va.; and great grandchildren, Stacey Jones, Bradley Jones, Luke Oliver, Chaz Oliver, Emily Oliver, all of Cairo, Kellie Bishop of Calvary, Wesley McNaughton and Maile McNaughton of Kill Devil Hills. Services for Donald Joseph Sinclair, 76, Norman Park, Georgia, are at 2 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2001, at the Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Stanley Norman and the Rev. Gene Sheffield officiating. Interment is at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jeff Hilton, Mike Hilton, Greg Hilton, Chuck English, Billy Wayne Tillman Jr., and Justin Calhoun. Mr. Sinclair died Monday, July 10, 2001, at his residence. Born Feb. 22, 1925, in Worth County, he was the son of the late William Henry Sinclair and Minnie Lee Varnadoe Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair was of the Baptist faith and was employed as an insurance agent with United of America.
